EUP Commercial Contest Winner: Jereme Guidas

After about two months of waiting, I heard about the contest outcome, when Ron Cox, the Director of Marketing at Edinboro University invited me to WSEE Studios in Erie to tape the introduction to my winning commercial, that aired during the Superbowl in Erie and surrounding areas. The university is also airing the commercial at other times. A sincere thanks to everyone who participated in the viewing and voting process. Here I am with the President of Edinboro Univeristy, Dr Jeremy Brown, after the taping. The introduction, with my commercial following can be viewed here:

Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, and handler John Griffiths greet press at Gobbler's Knob, Tuesday morning in Punxsutawney, PA. Phil whispered in groundhog-ese into the ear of Inner Circle President, Bill Deeley who translated the forecast to us as "...six more weeks of winter it will be!" - Check back for more photos from throughout the day soon, either on the photos tab above or at my online print store here.

Local Hip Hop artist "Fetti"in the red cap, sits with his entourage in a VIP room at the strip district's Club Heat, Saturday in Pittsburgh, during the recording of his new music video for the song "I'm About to Get Loose". The video was directed by Art Institute of Pittsburgh student, Lamar Godson. - Check back soon for more stills from the shoot.

Local artists were given the unusual task of creating a piece of fine art using a toilet seat at "All Crapped Out" exhibit at the Firehouse Lounge in the Strip District, Saturday.

Saturday I photographed the Pitt Lacrosse team during their scrimmage against Seton Hill. One of my shots is being used in the upcoming issue of MCLA magazine (the national magazine for collegiate lacrosse). Pitt is in the CCLA Division 1 and plays teams like West Virginia and Michigan. The music video I edited for Word Record's Satellites & Sirens is being featured on this year's WOW Hits 2010 DVD. For the first time, I am truly national! People all over the country are viewing my work! The "Take Me Back" music video also reached number 7 on the Christian music video charts this past year. The DVD can be found in stores and everywhere online. It is here on Amazon.
